Job summary
Summit 7 Systems is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for Microsoft core business applications and operating systems in a 24/7 environment. You'll monitor backups, manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and oversee Azure AD and Intune deployments.
The role requires strong customer service and the ability to work independently, with eligible candidates holding a TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
Qualifications
- Two years IT or related experience OR associate/bachelor degree in CS or MIS.
- CompTIA Security+ Certification required.
- Open to all shifts, on-call rotations, and potential weekend work.
Responsibilities
- IT support relating to Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.
- Monitoring and support of Backups.
- Management of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Cloud App Security, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and security.
- Monitor remote access solutions: IPSEC & SSL VPN, RDP, etc.
- Document changes and updates to client environments.
- Communicate with clients on incident progress and outages; escalate as needed.
