Job summary
Summit 7 is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for core Microsoft products and cloud services in a TS/SCI environment. The role covers Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure AD management, with backup monitoring and remote access support. A relevant degree or IT experience is required, and Security+ is preferred.
On-site in Virginia with potential weekend shifts. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year, plus incentives; benefits include health,
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS or two years IT related experience.
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Active Top Secret eligibility determination and adjudication (clearance) required.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for Microsoft core business applications and operating systems.
- Monitor and support backups.
- Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Cloud App Security, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
- Assist with network basics: WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi and security.
- Respond to monitoring system alerts via service tickets.
