Summit7 is hiring a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for Microsoft core applications and operating systems in a fast-paced environment. You will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services, ensuring high availability and effective incident response.

The role requires a degree in CS/MIS or equivalent IT experience, Security+ certification, and willingness to work a 24/7 schedule. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS or two years IT/related experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
• Open to shift, on-call rotations, and weekend work for 24/7 operation.
• Proficiency in Office 365 Administration and Windows 10/11 administration.

Responsabilidades

• IT support for Microsoft core business applications and OS issues.
• Monitoring and supporting backups.
• Managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Cloud App Security, Intune, and Azure AD.
