Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT-related field plus relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in physical data center activities including capacity planning and rack deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and related issues on site.
• Perform rack cabling, decommissioning, and equipment moves safely.
• Take ownership of technical issues and drive timely resolution.
• Support 24/7 operations with day and night shifts as needed.
