Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve data center hardware, fiber, and networking issues.
• Lift and move up to 49 pounds; work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Maintain SLAs and support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts.
• Take ownership of issues and coordinate with other teams for timely resolution.
• Work shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
