Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• 2+ years of experience with server hardware.
• 1+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Active Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of start

Responsibilities

• Engage in physical data center tasks including planning, rack deployment, cabling, hardware/software troubleshooting, and rack decommissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to maintain uptime.
• Assist capacity planning and rack space management.
• Support 24/7 operations with shift work (days/nights/weekends).
• Operate in a noisy environment and follow safety protocols.
