Amazon Data Services, Inc. is hiring a Data Center Technician to resolve a range of datacenter infrastructure issues, including hardware, fiber, and networking.

The role requires a US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and the ability to perform physical tasks in a large scale data center. You will work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant IT certifications.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Willing to perform physically demanding data center tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware and network troubleshooting in data center environments.
• Plan capacity, rack deployment, cabling, and decommissioning.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and work in tight or elevated spaces.
• Support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts.
