Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Active Security+ certification or ability to obtain one within 90 days of start.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional or military experience

Responsibilities

• Engage in physical data center activities including capacity planning and rack deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and related issues.
• Move materials up to 40 pounds, work in cramped or elevated locations.
• Work 8+ hours days; shifts may include nights and weekends.
• Own technical issues and drive resolution with cross-team coordination.
