Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Engage in physical data center activities including capacity planning and tracking, rack deployment, cabling, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software, perform rack decommissioning, and maintain service levels.
• Take ownership of technical issues and drive resolution with cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain proactive issue detection and reporting to ensure reliability.
• This position may involve shift work including days/nights/weekends/holidays.
