Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or IT certifications (A+, Network+).
• Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Preferred: networking knowledge and hardware troubleshooting or delivering complex software systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage in physical data center activities including capacity planning and rack deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across data center infrastructure.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and work in cramped/elevated locations; support 24/7 shift operations.
