Job summary

Leidos seeks an Application Support Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to oversee a media processing workflow for a DIA program. You will monitor ingest pipelines, troubleshoot across Linux/Windows, and coordinate with DBAs, System Engineers, and Product Owners.

Most work is on-site at the Bethesda, MD location, with some remote tasks possible. Strong SLAs, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering or CS with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
• Experience in technical support or systems administration for enterprise software.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows Server with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line anchor, monitor media ingest pipelines and related tooling.
• Tier 1 escalation point for external clients and internal teams.
• Triage and resolve issues within defined SLA windows.
• Document incident lifecycles and root-cause analyses.
• Troubleshoot application server infra across Linux/Windows.
• Translate feedback into data requirements for DBAs and Developers.
