Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a TS/SCI-cleared All-Source Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the DIA-NMEC DOMEX Technology Platform in Bethesda, MD. You will help Intelligence Community users search, retrieve, and use data to support analysis and operations.

The role emphasizes user tradecraft, training material creation, and collaboration with UI/UX, developers, and engineers to refine data discovery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in all-source intelligence or equivalent.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Become a DTP application power user to support discovery of critical intelligence insights.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual outreach.
• Enable IC users to discover, retrieve, and use data to support operations.
• Create training and familiarization materials for DTP users.
• Document and communicate user requirements to development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
