Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared All-Source Platform User Support Specialist 3 to support the DIA-NMEC DOMEX Technology Platform in Bethesda, MD. This role focuses on enabling end users to search for and retrieve relevant classified data to support intelligence analysis.

The role involves DTP familiarization, tradecraft support to IC users, and collaboration with customers and technical teams. This position is ideal for someone with intelligence experience who enjoys helping users

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
Experience as or with an all-source intelligence analyst.
Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.

Responsibilities

Become a DTP application power user to support discovery of critical intelligence insights.
Provide SME on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual outreach.
Enable IC users to discover, retrieve, and use data to solve intelligence problems.
