Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned leader to direct a large-scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) program from our Tysons, VA office. You will oversee delivery strategy, performance, and multi-team coordination to achieve program objectives while maintaining a Top Secret clearance and US citizenship requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs in cybersecurity or IAM.
• Ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong IGA and PAM concepts knowledge.
• Experience establishing governance structures and roadmaps.
• Proven budget, resource, and priority management.
• Excellent executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify/manage risks, dependencies, and escalations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership.
• Active Top Secret federal or DoD clearance (must be maintained).
• US Citizenship required.
