Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior program leader to direct an advisory services program for a major federal customer. You will plan multiple concurrent efforts across federal budget, accounting, business systems, and counterintelligence domains, guiding a team to meet objectives.

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, a Bachelor's degree, and a PMP or equivalent PM certification, with 10+ years of experience including 7+ leading IC teams. Bethesda, MD-based role.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Systems, or related field
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent PM certification
• TEN (10) or more years of professional experience with a minimum of SEVEN (7) years' leading teams in the IC

Responsibilities

• Lead an advisory services program for a highly visible federal customer
• Plan expert, detailed projects across the federal budget, accounting, business systems, and CI disciplines
• Direct client engagement and deploy teams to achieve critical milestones
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Federal, IC, and DoW budget policies and financial reporting practices
