Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior leader to drive an advisory services program for a high-visibility federal client. You will plan complex multi-project work, manage client engagements, and deploy teams to meet critical milestones across budgets, systems, and counterintelligence disciplines.

Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, and have 10+ years of experience including 7+ years leading IC teams. A Bachelor's degree and PMP certification are required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Systems, or related field.
• PMP Certification or equivalent PM certification.
• 10+ years of experience with 7+ years leading IC teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead an advisory services program for a high-visibility federal customer.
• Oversee expert, detailed project planning across multiple concurrent efforts and initiatives.
• Engage with clients to understand objectives and deploy teams to achieve milestones.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Federal, IC, and DoW budget policies and financial reporting.
