Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and grow delivery teams focused on IC clients within the Defense and Security Segment. The role requires on‑site leadership of programs delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness to our clients.

Candidates should have TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly, a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in program management and financial disciplines, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS/SCI security clearance with a CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years' experience as a Program Manager.
• 7+ years' experience in a financial management discipline.
• Experience leading teams in business or finance within the federal government.
• Active PMP or equivalent PM certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and growth within Guidehouse's Defense and Security Segment with a focus on IC clients.
• Oversee teams delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness support.
• Ensure outcome based performance and exceptional contract delivery.
• Coordinate with colleagues to impact business operations and growth.
• Manage client and team relationships through accountable project and contract management.
• Develop and mentor more junior staff.
