Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced program manager to lead IC-wide data management programs from the Bethesda, MD area. You will develop and execute strategic plans to enhance governance, metadata management, and data sharing across IC elements.

You will collaborate with IC Chief Data Officers and mission owners to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, while managing milestones, budgets, and reporting under ICD processes. A TS/SCI clearance with CI poly is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in program management, data governance, or cyber technology implementations within the IC or federal government.

Responsibilities

• Lead IC-wide data management programs aligned with the IC Data Strategy.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance data governance, metadata management, and data sharing across IC elements.
• Coordinate with IC Chief Data Officers, mission owners, and technology leaders to align data initiatives with enterprise priorities.
• Manage program milestones, budgets, and reporting in accordance with IC Capability Requirements and acquisition processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across ODNI, DoD, and other IC agencies to ensure alignment and adoption.
