Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior program leader to drive a large-scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) program in a Federal-facing setting.

You will coordinate delivery, strategy, and performance across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with governance structures and roadmaps, along with executive-level reporting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7)+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs, ideally within cybersecurity, or identity and access management (IAM).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Experience establishing governance structures, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational priorities.
• Excellent executive communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance and US citizenship required.

What You Will Need

• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience driving IAM initiatives or enterprise identity modernization efforts.
• Background working in a cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology organization.
• Prior experience presenting to senior leadership or executive steering committees.
• Relevant certifications in program management, cybersecurity, or IAM.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
