Qualifications

• 0–1 year of client and/or service experience.
• College degree is great but not required; other experiences considered.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver, using wide expertise to resolve client issues.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on ADP products and provide recommendations for best practices.
• Organize a high-volume inbound call schedule, with peak-season variance.
