Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks an experienced escrow officer to manage end-to-end home closing processes. You will review contracts, verify paperwork, and ensure timely funding and closings while coordinating with lenders, agents, and buyers.

You will maintain strong relationships with industry partners, mentor junior staff, and attend closings to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for clients and agents.

Qualifications

• Certification: Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
• Industry knowledge of closing process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication to keep parties updated.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts from start to finish to ensure timely and accurate closings.
• Verify all paperwork is complete so escrow closes on time.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, agents, and clients to fund and complete transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry players to facilitate smooth closings.
• Assist and mentor escrow assistants to support advancement and ensure quality work.
• Attend closings and help create a positive experience for agents and buyers.
