Compass International Holdings is seeking an Escrow Specialist to support escrow officers and local branches, ensuring smooth real estate closings. The role focuses on document review, workflow management, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with branches, provide timely updates, and help prepare closing packages, while upholding accuracy and client satisfaction throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of escrow/title/real estate transaction support experience.
• Understanding of the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction (life of a file).
• Familiarity with closing documents and settlement statements.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized operational support to Escrow Officers and local branches.
• Review title commitments/prelims, buyer/seller information forms, and related documents.
• Order tax certificates, HOA docs, surveys, payoffs, and lien releases; balance files and prepare closings.
