Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in banking, client service, or cash handling.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Accurate data entry using banking software and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions promptly and accurately following policies.
• Accept and record payments for financial transactions and related tasks.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies per procedures.
• Maintain security and proper documentation for all transactions.
• Assist with ATM balancing and foreign currency requests as needed.
• Promote banking products and services to clients and community.
• Collaborate with team to ensure positive client experiences.
• Comply with regulations and company policies; support outreach efforts.
