Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions professionally and in line with policies.
• Accept payments and ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Issue cashier’s checks, certified checks, money orders, and related documents.
• Balance cash drawer and cash vault, report discrepancies.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of client information and transactions.
• Promote bank products and services to clients and the community.
• Assist with client outreach and support regulatory compliance.
