Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Three years of relationship banking experience or five years of financial sales experience including client service, sales, marketing, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop others.
• Ability to interpret and communicate financial information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Partnership Banking Program and drive new account growth with commercial clients and employees.
• Schedule regular on-site events, give presentations, and provide excellent experiences to relationships.
• Host community awareness events and coordinate branch connections with clients.
• Lead and expand Small Business accounts and relationships.
• Collaborate with Relationship Bankers to ensure successful events and provide backup support.
