Job summary

QCR Holdings, Inc. seeks a Community Banker to deliver excellent client service while handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. You will answer inquiries, promote products, and help ensure accuracy and security of all financial transactions.

Role requires cash handling experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a team across multiple locations with occasional travel and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking or client service experience with cash handling.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment.
• Accurate data entry using banking software and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Process banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) and answer inquiries.
• Promote bank products and services to meet client needs.
• Balance cash drawer and vault; handle currency, checks, and receipts.
• Process and issue cashier’s checks, money orders, and ATM support tasks.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of client information and comply with regulations.
• Assist with outreach and foster a diverse, inclusive culture.
• Travel to other bank locations and work Saturdays as needed.
