Qualifications

• 3+ years in incentive-based sales or 12+ months in retail banking sales with proven success.
• Experience with Santander products and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets through cross-selling of banking products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to meet financial needs.
• Prospect for new clients via networking, referrals, calls, and community engagement.
• Address customer needs including transactional servicing and product solutions.
• Provide elevated, personalized customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
