Responsibilities

• Build genuine guest relationships and understand style, needs, and budget.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, protection, financing, and room solutions.
• Guide guests from discovery through purchase and follow up after sale.
• Create opportunities via prospecting, calls, texts, referrals, and appointments.
• Maintain an accurate guest pipeline and selling activity in company systems.
• Work toward written‑sales, activity, and performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and certification.
• Use technology to generate repeat/referral business and uphold store culture.
