FNBO is seeking a Trust Associate to support a small team of Trust Advisors in managing client relationships across revocable/irrevocable trusts and estates. You will organize documents, generate reports, and serve as a primary client touch point while resolving inquiries.

You will read and understand trust documents to manage openings, funding, and transfers, while ensuring adherence to bank policies. Collaboration with internal partners and timely communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Ability to understand Trust documents and support opening, funding, closing, and transferring processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing client relationship management support to retain accounts.
• Assist Trust Advisors with documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients to identify needs and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate with centers of influence and internal teams to support transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and compliance requirements.
