FNBO is seeking a Trust Associate to support Trust Advisors in administering revocable/irrevocable trusts, estates, and institutional clients. You will act as a primary client touch point, handling documents, generating reports, and coordinating with professionals to resolve inquiries and maintain smooth trust operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Knowledge of investments, estate planning, taxes, and insurance concepts.
• Proven team collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic communication per policies.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing CRM support to retain accounts and expand client relationships.
• Research, resolve and respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Read and understand trust documents to manage openings, funding, transfers and maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain forms/documentation per Trust Advisor guidance.
• Communicate regularly with Trust Advisors and centers of influence to enhance relationships.
• Identify efficiency improvements and assist with process improvements within own area.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML Program and bank policies; complete required training.
• Maintain regular attendance as required.
