FNBO’s Trust Associate role is a junior relationship management position working with a small team of Trust Advisors to help families identify and meet their financial goals. They will assist Trust Advisors in administering client relationships consisting primarily of revocable and irrevocable trusts, estates, and institutional expertise.

The role involves organizing documents, generating reports, and acting as a primary client touchpoint while resolving inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Understanding financial concepts related to investments, insurance, taxes, and estates.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong written communication and professional correspondence.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Trust Desk or similar platforms.
• Ability to listen and respond to client needs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing client relationship support to retain accounts and expand relationships.
• Assist with opening, funding, and closing trusts and maintaining accounts per policy.
• Prepare and maintain forms and documentation per direction of Trust Advisors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products/services and recommend solutions proactively.
• Communicate regularly with Trust Advisors regarding opportunities to enhance client relationships.
