Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Trust Associate to support a small team of Trust Advisors in managing revocable and irrevocable trusts, estates and institutional accounts. You will organize documents, prepare reports, and act as the primary client touchpoint while resolving inquiries and ensuring accuracy per bank policies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to multitask while coordinating with attorneys and CPAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities for managing trust accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening, funding, closing and transferring trust processes.
• Organize and prepare documents; generate reports and correspondence.
• Serve as primary client touchpoint; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Trust Advisors and other professionals to enhance client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and BSA/AML requirements.
