Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Trust Operations Specialist 1 to perform daily back-office duties, post transactions, and ensure timely processing for clients. The role supports Client servicing, account transfers, and regulatory exams in a fast-paced Wealth Operations environment in Pittsburgh.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of Retail Banking or Trust/Wealth experience, with strong communication, organizational and MS Office skills, and the ability to work with multiple internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Post cash or securities transactions and create GL entries.
• Learn and perform daily balancing, account research, fee processing, and transfers.
• Assist clients and internal partners with account setup and access.
• Provide daily support to Trust Operations and assist with projects or exams.
• Generate reports and support special projects requiring system input.
• Perform other duties as assigned and uphold risk management requirements.
