You will drive full-cycle recruitment, partner with senior leaders, and leverage market insights to attract top talent in a highly regulated environment.

You will focus on S&P and R&D, with flexibility to support broader T&S and operations as priorities evolve, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience including technical areas
• Ability to manage diverse, complex requisitions simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose pipeline challenges
• Advanced sourcing techniques and talent mapping skills

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across S&P, R&D, and T&S searches
• Advise senior leaders and HR partners on talent strategy and market insights
• Source passively using market mapping and research techniques
• Assess candidates rigorously for technical skills and cultural fit
• Drive interview and offer processes with data-driven salary recommendations
• Analyze pipeline metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Manage TA-related projects in a regulated environment
