Job summary

Fansly is a creator subscription platform seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist to help maintain a safe, compliant platform for creators and users. You will review content-related escalations, apply guidelines, and remove violations, using context to inform decisions.

Collaboration with safety, policy, and product teams is essential, and you will communicate outcomes to account holders. This position operates in an NSFW environment, requiring comfort with explicit content and strong professional

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to changes on short notice.
• Familiarity with online communities, social media, and user-generated content.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving/investigation skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to work weekends and 6:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time.
• Experience using CRM/ticketing systems (Intercom or Zendesk).
• Strong account investigation skills, context-aware decision making.
• Ability to apply judgment beyond strict ToS to respect policy intent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Receptive to feedback and able to pivot.

Responsibilities

• Content Moderation & Escalations: review and resolve content-related escalations.
• AI Escalations: handle AI-driven content flags and reviews.
• Compliance & User Safety: apply platform guidelines and policies.
• User Reports: manage and respond to user-reported issues.
