ModSquad is seeking a Trust & Safety Specialist - Brand Representative to support a leading creative technology company’s child safety program in the San Francisco or San Jose offices. You will work within the client’s Trust & Safety team, serving as a front-line operator for CSAM queue review, NCMEC CyberTip reporting, and content assessment that informs law enforcement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on CSAM review experience in a Trust & Safety role.
• Working knowledge of the A1–B2 NCMEC classification system and reporting requirements.
• Experience submitting or supporting NCMEC CyberTip reports with proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and classify escalated visual content using the A1–B2 framework.
• Submit CyberTip reports to NCMEC via established protocols.
• Investigate repeat offenders through account signals to assess recidivism risk.
• Review AI-generated content for policy violations and intent.
• Identify trends to inform process improvements and policy calibration.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and escalate uncertain content.
