EverAI Limited in the United States is seeking a leader to own the product and technical delivery of safety and compliance initiatives, turning requirements into effective features and measurable improvements.

You will drive improvements to in-house moderation technologies such as EverGuard, lead third-party safety partnerships and integrations, and establish safety dashboards, QA, red-teaming, and incident follow-through to proactively protect users and ensure safeguards work as intended.
