Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in program management in security, infrastructure, or enterprise tech.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
• Ability to analyze data for storytelling and decision support.
• Strong writing and editing for diverse audiences.
• Excellent problem solving and proactive process improvement.
• Comfort presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale transformation programs with milestones and metrics.
• Build dashboards unifying success/failure metrics for S&P.
• Provide data-backed insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Own QBRs and executive program reviews from content to delivery.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead cross-functional remediation.
• Track OKRs and KPIs and report progress to senior leaders.
