TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Rapid Response Lead to manage high-priority escalations, coordinate across Legal, Public Policy, and Engineering, and drive the USDS risk containment program. You will guide root-cause analyses and enforcement decisions while maintaining strict privacy protocols.

The role requires resilience handling sensitive content and leading a distributed team in a fast-paced environment, with on-site collaboration in the U.S. and a 5-day in-person schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in incident management, trust & safety, investigations, or crisis management.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or people-management role.
• Proven ability to translate technical risk to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rapid Response specialists, setting KPIs and conducting 1:1s.
• Oversee escalation workflows and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Public Policy, and Engineering.
• Act as Incident Commander during high-stakes events with rapid decision-making.
• Perform root-cause analyses and present findings to executives to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure content/account enforcement aligns with privacy and data-sharing protocols.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to improve tooling and detection.
