Job summary

Google is seeking an Operations Manager for the Trust and Safety team focused on Google Play's Sensitive Verticals. Lead cross‑functional initiatives to strengthen abuse detection, align with Product, Engineering, Legal and Business Development, and scale processes across teams worldwide.

Ideal candidates have strong data analytics experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record building scalable operations in a Trust and Safety context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Master's or PhD in relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects involving multiple-stakeholders and improve abuse detection systems.
• Drive alignment and strengthen partnership with executive stakeholders across teams.
• Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational workstreams.
• Build deep policy knowledge and product expertise to implement and iteratively improve enforcement.
• Articulate complex policy concepts to executive audiences.
