Job summary

Google is seeking an Operations Manager for Sensitive Verticals in Trust and Safety for Google Play. You will lead initiatives to protect users across Google Play, work with Product, Engineering, and Legal, and scale operations while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytics, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment. Multiple locations (Kirkland WA or Austin TX) are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and improve abuse detection systems.
• Drive alignment with executive stakeholders across Trust and Safety and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational workstreams.
• Build policy knowledge to implement and improve enforcement operations.
• Articulate complex policy concepts to executives.
