Job summary

Google is seeking a Trust and Safety professional to identify and fight abuse and fraud across Google products. You will work globally with engineers and product managers to improve surveillance, enforcement operations, and risk mitigation with urgency.

The role emphasizes policy knowledge, scalable workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to protect users, advertisers, and partners across Google platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects involving multiple-stakeholders and improve abuse detection systems and mitigate user harm.
• Drive alignment and strengthen partnership with executive stakeholders across Trust and Safety and other cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development and Legal.
• Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational workstreams.
• Build deep policy knowledge and product expertise to implement, execute and iteratively improve enforcement operations.
• Articulate complex policy concepts, delivering persuasive communications for executive audiences.
