Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a senior member of the Trust and Safety team to scale anti-abuse protections and enforcement across RBM. You will analyze data, lead cross-functional projects, and help design policy-guided workflows to protect users at scale.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams, ML-driven detection, and global risk management. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, anti-abuse messaging solutions, fraud/abuse investigations, risk management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in leading and developing teams.
• 3 years of experience with product launch or program management.
• Experience in fraud investigations, risk management, and threat analysis for communication products.
• Experience building technical or product-based anti-abuse messaging solutions.
• Experience in operations and Trust and Safety, including leading fast-moving teams.
• Experience in large-scale data analysis and processes for developing ML reputation models.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to the evolving abuse landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify Business-to-Users and Users-to-Business threats, working cross-functionally, designing and building anti-abuse protections.
• Analyze data and trends to identify signals for scaled enforcement, leading projects to increase adoption of AI/ML.
• Design and operate the full Trust and Safety funnel of review, enforcement, and appeals workflows.
• Provide abuse and policy expertise to Product, Engineering, and other teams, supporting automated enforcement solutions.
• Monitor ecosystem performance against key metrics, investigate anomalies in spam trends and escalations.
