Zusammenfassung

Google seeks a seasoned professional in Trust & Safety to protect users at scale. You will partner with Engineers and Product Managers to design anti-abuse protections, analyze trends, and drive enforcement policies while delivering data-driven insights across Google's ecosystem.

You will influence cross-functional teams, lead investigations, and guide the development of automated enforcement solutions to reduce risk for users, advertisers, and partners globally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in operations, data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, anti-abuse solutions, fraud/abuse investigations, risk management or a related field.
• Experience building anti-abuse messaging solutions.

Aufgaben

• Identify B2U and U2B threats; design and build anti-abuse protections; influence safer-by-design product features.
• Analyze data to identify signals; lead projects to adopt AI/ML for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and operate Trust and Safety review, enforcement, and appeals workflows; draft reviewer guidelines and oversee quality.
• Provide abuse and policy expertise to Product and Engineering teams for automated enforcement.
• Monitor performance against metrics; investigate anomalies; escalate with data-driven insights.
