Job summary

Google Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Principal Analyst in Trust & Safety to help protect users across Google products. You’ll work globally with engineers, product managers, and policy teams to identify and fight abuse and ensure safety at Google speed.

The role requires deep data analytics experience, policy analysis, and the ability to review sensitive content while meeting strict quality standards. Shift work or weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields.
• 4 years of experience in policy analysis and campaigns, working on technology issues or the policy environments.
• Experience reviewing sensitive content and managing escalation workflows under strict quality and timeliness standards.
• Experience in youth mental health, suicide or self harm.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fight abuse and fraud across Google products.
• Review and enforce content policies for sensitive content.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Engineering and Legal to align operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects to scale review workflows and improve safety.
