Job summary

ProPivotal Staffing in Oxford, OH is seeking a Trust & Safety Representative to verify listings and protect platform integrity. You will conduct validation checks, review supplier and customer data, and identify risks.

Occasional phone and email interactions with customers are required in a primarily non-customer-service role. The position offers a flexible hybrid setup with in-office work required one weekend out of two.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in research-based roles or customer service is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Comfortable working on a PC with the ability to quickly adapt to new software or tools.
• Experience in fraud investigation, risk analysis, or trust and safety roles is a plus.
• Exposure to account verification, validation processes, or risk management is preferred.
• Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Italian) is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform validation checks to confirm properties, suppliers, and experiences comply with safety and legitimacy standards.
• Investigate suppliers and bookings using provided customer information and internal tools.
• Analyze data to assess risks and make sound, evidence-based decisions.
• Effectively communicate findings to customers and suppliers via clear, concise phone and email correspondence.
• Resolve validation-related issues and provide constructive feedback to customers.
• Detect fraudulent activity or account misuse and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
