Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data science experience in internet/content platform safety.
• Master's degree or above in statistics, data science, CS, OR, mathematics, or related field.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization; knowledge of A/B testing and causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core metrics systems and data pipelines for content safety and risk.
• Apply statistical methods including A/B testing and causal inference to policy evaluation.
• Develop analysis systems and work with product, operations, R&D, and algorithm teams.
• Create reusable data analytics tools and productize data capabilities.
• Leverage AI and LLM techniques to improve workflows.
