Qualifications

• Experience reviewing processes and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Trust Operations team with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee processes supporting trust, estate, investment, and wealth management services.
• Ensure transactions, records, and account activities are accurate and timely.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Partner with Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, Compliance, IT, Finance, and other departments.
• Monitor controls and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and support system enhancements.
• Develop procedures promoting consistency and operational excellence.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements; lead process improvement projects.
