FNBO is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to oversee all operational aspects of trust and wealth administration. You will lead a team of trust operations professionals, ensuring compliant, high-quality fiduciary services to clients while implementing effective policies and procedures.

The role requires deep knowledge of fiduciary regulations, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence in a regulated environment. Onsite work at the Omaha location is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in trust operations or fiduciary services.
• 3–5 years of people management experience.
• Certified Trust Operations Professional (CTOP) or similar certification preferred.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge in trust environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day trust and wealth operations including account administration, asset management, onboarding and fiduciary reporting.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows for efficient trust administration.
• Monitor service delivery, ensure timely completion of trust activities and regulatory reporting.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client service delivery.
• Coach and develop trust operations staff; manage workload and budgeting.
