Job summary

FNBO seeks a Senior Manager, Trust Services & Operations to oversee all operational aspects of trust and wealth administration. This role will manage a team of trust operations professionals, ensuring compliant, high-quality service in a regulated environment.

You will lead policy development, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements across trust accounting, reporting, onboarding, and client service. Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in trust operations or fiduciary services.
• Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day trust and wealth operations including account administration, asset management, onboarding and fiduciary reporting.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficient trust administration.
• Monitor service delivery standards and timely completion of trust activities including tax reporting and distributions.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance client service delivery.
• Establish KPIs for trust operations and report performance to senior leadership.
